Located in Salthill since October 2003, Triskel has been managed with great care and dedication by Bernadette Glynn. Our Holistic Centre has grown into a vibrant, welcoming space where practitioners of complementary and alternative therapies can connect with clients, host workshops, and run classes.
Our Wellness Centre Galway serves as both a place of treatment and a hub where experienced practitioners share their expertise with those seeking natural paths to wellness.

Seven Relaxing Practice Rooms
The Centre features seven bright, comfortably furnished practice rooms, each filled with natural light, creating a peaceful and supportive environment for both practitioners and clients.
Seomra Danu - Our Workshop Space
Our dedicated workshop space, Seomra Danu, features natural wood finishes and plenty of natural light, making it ideal for yoga, meditation, mindfulness, group sessions, and talks.
Our Professional Community
We are a team of experienced, professional practitioners offering expertise in counselling and psychotherapy, therapeutic massage and bodywork, homoeopathy and natural medicine, energy healing, and stress management. All our complementary therapy services are delivered by certified practitioners.

Flexible Services & Room Bookings
At Triskel, room bookings are flexible, available by the half-day, full day, or with the option of a private room for your exclusive use. We create a calm, safe environment that suits your schedule and your clients' needs.
