Hello, my name is Bernadette Glynn and I have a practice in Galway since 2004. Body, mind and spirit healing and therapies have always interested me and I have worked in this area for over 12 years. My business name is Bodywise Therapy which is located at the Triskel Centre, 22 Lenaboy Gardens, Salthill, Galway.

What I do?

I have extensive experience working with sports enthusiasts as well as the not-so-sporty. My clients at Bodywise Therapy, who suffer from a variety of muscle complaints, include doctors, chiropractors, factory workers, athletes from a range of sporting activities as well as Seniors.
I believe that pain is our body’s way of communicating with us. Left unmanaged, the pain may cause other untold problems to your health. While taking medication for pain relief is often necessary, it often masks an underlying problem that will keep reoccurring – which is why I promote the body-mind approach to healing.
